Travels

“It's a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to.” - J.R.R. Tolkien

I love the diversity of cultures, and whenever I have the opportunity, I like to travel and document my adventures. I've compiled the latest ones here in one place so I can keep track :) I'll update you as I go along, shall I?

I took my first long distance, international plane ride before I was one. You might say the travel bug has been raised in me. I've been called a Third Culture Kid (TCK) and if that confuses you, you can read a little more about it below.
I grew up in China. Having lived there for 18 years, I'm a little partial. You can read a little more about it if you click right here.

My mother is from Singapore, and we've gone there frequently for holidays, visiting that side of the family. Let me just say, I love the food there. I recently went there for Chinese New Year. Check out the party.

Two of my best friends from high school are from India and the Philippines. During our senior year, we visited Manila, where Nikka was in college at the time. Earlier this year, we met up in New Delhi, India. A beautiful experience. I wrote down all the beautiful details here.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
